@hand FMS combines service order data with customer information, sales order data, and job details, presenting an integrated field service interface. Information captured with @hand FMS can be tracked and managed in the web-based @hand FMS Workbench, and all relevant data is communicated to back-end systems that manage financial transactions and data processing.

Service Execution Capabilities:

Manage service order header information. Update sales order / service order prices, even while offline. "Peer-to-peer" data transfers, using external memory such as USB drives. Associate sales orders / service orders with field tickets. Service updates can be tracked and managed in the FMS Workbench.

@hand FMS Service Execution software is easily integrated with other FMS Mobile Field Service solutions such as Field Ticketing and Job Management.
