Processes are often paper-based, error-prone, and involve redundant trips to job sites to obtain customer authorization signatures.

@hand FMS provides comprehensive mobile field ticketing capabilities, with solutions that manage the creation, formatting, editing, signing, and printing of tickets. Field personnel can generate electronic field tickets based on sales orders and/or service orders, and tickets can be designed according to specific customer requirements. An electronic signature option is available for customers who require a paperless ticketing process.
